  • Q: How can I enable more detailed or debug logging?
    • A: See below:

How to change CCM logging level

There are two logging settings, debuglogging (true/false) and logging level (0-3).

To set debuglogging, go to the registry key:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\CCM\Logging
Create a new key called DebugLogging. No entries required for this key.

To set logging level, go to WMI namespace:
root\ccm\policy\defaultmachine\requestedconfig
Look for instance of CCMLoggingGlobalConfiguration, then change the LogLevel to 0 (verbose).
